Resident Evil 2 Remake: Big PS4 News could revive fan favourite Capcom characters
THE RESIDENT EVIL 2 REMAKE is likely to release in the next year or so, and this week the game may have been handed some fantastic news.

Capcom's Resident Evil 2 Remake is definitely in the works, and although we don't have a release date for the title, we know it'll release at some point in this console generation.

Following the announcement, Leon Kennedy's voice actor Matt Mercer tweeted that he wouldn't be reprising his role either.

For fans of the game that wanted an authentic remaster, this was heartbreaking news: how could the remake live up to player's memories if it was using replacement actors?

 

배우들은 원래 작년 10 월 21 일에 시작된 SAG-AFTRA 노조 파업 때문에 그들이 프로젝트에 복귀하지 않을 것이라고 말했다.

The actors originally stated they wouldn't be returning to the project because of The SAG-AFTRA union strike, which began on October 21st last year.

This is fantastic news for the Resident Evil 2 Remake, in theory.

Both Mercer and Court were members of unions standing in solidarity with the SAG-AFTRA strike.

Now that the strike is over, it's likely we could see the actors hired by Capcom - assuming voicework for the title is not yet underway.

According to statements from Court, there have been two companies competing to work on the voice and mocap for the project as long as two years ago.

However, when one company got the contract they informed Court that her services wouldn't be required.

Ghost Ship Panic is the minigame based on the first Revelations title, where players are tasked with shooting enemies as they appear on-screen.

 

두 번째 미니 게임 인 Ghouls n Homunculi는 Capcom 고전 Ghosts n Ghouls의 후퇴로 Resi 베테랑 Barry Burton이 귀신의 섬을 탐험하고 적을 물리 칠 것입니다.

The second minigame, titled Ghouls n Homunculi as a throwback to Capcom classic Ghosts n Ghouls, will have Resi veteran Barry Burton exploring a haunted island and defeating enemies.

 

이 미니 게임은 모두 선택 사항이지만 플레이어 BP에게 게임을 허용합니다. 두 게임의 RAID 모드에서 아이템을 잠금 해제하는 데 사용할 수 있습니다.

These mini-games will both be optional but will grant players BP for playing: this can be used to unlock items in both game's Raid modes.

레지던트 이블 계시록과 레지던트 이블 계시록 2는 11 월 28 일에 닌텐도 스위치로 출시 될 예정입니다.

Resident Evil Revelations and Resident Evil Revelations 2 are due to be released for the Nintendo Switch on November 28.

 

둘 다 이미 PS4와 Xbox One에서 보너스 미니 게임을 제외하고 사용할 수 있습니다.

Both are already available on PS4 and Xbox One, minus the bonus mini-games.
